New Account Application
New accounts are easy to set up with SDS SKATEBOARDS. To establish an account with SDS SKATEBOARDS you will need to fill out and sign a new account form in order for us to verify that the applicant is a qualified buyer. The initial order must be paid for by using a credit card or by COD.

Terms
Only after a new customer has established a serious business relationship (6 months of business) will the new customer be considered for terms. Customer must fill out and sign the credit application and must include 2 references. Application process may take up to 2 weeks and time allotted for terms will vary based on applicant’s credit history and applicant’s history with SDS Skateboards.

Returns
SDS SKATEBOARDS will accept returns for defective merchandise only. All returns require a return authorization number provided by your sales rep. All items returned without a return authorization number clearly written on the box will be refused and sent back to the shipper. Defective items must be reported within 60 days of receipt of goods to be considered for return.

Freight
All orders will be shipped FOB Pomona, California.
Should you have damaged goods they must be reported to the carrier.
All damaged merchandise claims are handled by the carrier.

Shortages
Any shortage claims must be filed within 5 days of receipt.
